Orderflow Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") understands that privacy is important to you and is committed to safeguarding your Personal Information (defined below). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website orderflowtech.com (the "Site") or use our application programming interfaces (APIs), data feeds, tools, or other services (collectively with the Site, the "Service"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

This Privacy Policy is global in nature and governs the Company's website at orderflowtech.com, all subdomains and portals, and other online properties that post a link to this Privacy Policy. It applies to personally identifiable information from or about an individual ("Personal Information") that we may collect from you. This Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service"), which govern your use of the Site and the Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

If you voluntarily provide your information in the course of interacting with the Site or otherwise using the Service, we will take that as your agreement to our collection, use, and disclosure of that information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, or content offered by third parties, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time as described in Section 17 below, and we encourage you to review it periodically to make sure that you understand how any Personal Information that you provide will be used.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect through the Service includes:

Personal Data: Personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give to us, such as your name, email address, username, and password when you register with the Site.

Financial Data: All financial information is stored and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe (the "Payment Processor"). The Payment Processor will collect and use certain payment information from you during the purchasing process, including but not limited to credit card or other financial account information and your billing address (collectively, "Payment Information"), to confirm and process your order for the Service. We do not collect or store any Payment Information on our servers, other than confirmation that a payment has been made. You should review the Payment Processor's privacy policy and contact Stripe directly with any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding your Payment Information. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your Payment Information, or to any other transactions made or information given in connection with the Payment Processor.

Data from Social Networks: If you join our Discord server, we may collect information such as your username and other public data you may choose to share, as governed by that platform's privacy settings.

Usage Information: In addition to information that you choose to submit to us, we and/or our service providers may automatically collect and/or store certain information when you visit or interact with the Site ("Usage Information"). This Usage Information may be stored on and/or accessed from your personal computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, or other device (a "Device"). Usage Information may include: your IP address or other unique identifier; your Device functionality (including browser, browser language, and operating system); referring and exit web pages and URLs; the areas within the Site that you visit and your activities there; your Device location or other geolocation information; and the time of day you visit the Site.

Aggregate Information: When you use the Site, we also automatically collect aggregate information, such as the number of visitors to the Site and other non-identifying statistics, which we use as described in Section 2 below.

Information We Collect When You Interact with Third-Party Sites: The Service may include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between the Site and your account on a third-party website or application (such as Discord or X). The use of this functionality may involve that third party providing information to us. These third parties may retain any information used or provided in any such interactions, and their practices are not subject to this Privacy Policy.

In all instances, your decision to provide us with information is voluntary, but if you choose not to provide any requested information, you may not be able to take advantage of all aspects of the Service.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect and secure the Personal Information stored in our systems and servers. However, no transmission of data over the Internet, mobile networks, or wireless connections, and no method of electronic storage, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from the Site, and you provide us with your information at your own risk. Payment Information is collected and processed by the Payment Processor as described in Section 1.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain Personal Information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, for as long as is necessary to provide you with the Service, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements). We regularly review the data we collect and set retention policies to delete it in accordance with our legal obligations and applicable data protection laws.

When you close your account, we will retain your email address for our internal records unless you request its deletion. We will not actively use this email address for communication unless required by law. All other Personal Information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data processing schedules. You may request the deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us.

7. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

From time to time, we may use your email address to send you newsletters and information about new products, features, or exclusive offers. You have the right to opt out of receiving these promotional communications at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link found in the emails, or by contacting us at contact@orderflowtech.com to request exclusion from future mailings.

Please note that if you do opt out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you messages for administrative or other purposes directly relating to your use of the Service, and you cannot opt out of receiving those messages.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site and the Service are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly solicit information from, market to, or collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 (or, in some jurisdictions, 16) without verification of parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. 10. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), California residents have specific rights regarding their Personal Information, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information.

Categories of Personal Information Collected: In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of Personal Information: identifiers (name, email address, username, IP address); internet or network activity information (browsing history, usage data); and commercial information (subscription records, payment confirmation).

We have also collected professional or employment-related information (employer name, job title, professional registration status) in connection with market data subscriber classification requirements. This information is disclosed to securities exchanges and market data authorities for regulatory compliance purposes.

We Do Not Sell Personal Information: We have not sold Personal Information in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we do not sell Personal Information.

Under California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

11. NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to request that we do not sell your covered information (as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes 603A.320) that we have collected or will collect about you. You may also request to opt out of the sharing of such information about you. To do so, please contact us at contact@orderflowtech.com. You must include your full name and email address, and attest that you are a Nevada resident by providing a Nevada postal address in your request. We will process your request within 60 days.

12. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which enables you to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of your information. If you notify us of your preference through GPC, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of "selling" or "sharing" your Personal Information for the associated browser or device. 13. DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES

Do Not Track ("DNT") is a web browser setting that requests that a web application disable its tracking of an individual user. There is no universally agreed-upon standard for what a company should do when it detects a DNT signal. Accordingly, we currently do not respond to or honor DNT signals. This is distinct from the Global Privacy Control signal, which we recognize and honor as described in Section 12 above.

14. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Because we serve users internationally, we may transfer your Personal Information outside the country in which it was originally provided. This may include transfers to third parties, such as service providers, in jurisdictions outside the United States whose data protection laws may not offer the same level of protection as those in your jurisdiction. When we transfer Personal Information across borders, we take steps to make sure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it.

Your information is stored and processed on servers located in the United States, and if you are visiting the Site from a location outside the United States, your connection will be through and to those servers. We may change or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time; in such event, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Site prior to the change becoming effective. Changes will be effective on the date posted. Your continued use of the Site or the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. We do not charge a fee unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
